1. How can I make “My List” and “Order” on Wiklis?

Go to www.wiklis.com and search the finest products selected by our experts from “Add Items” section. “My List” is your product chart which will be saved to your “Order” section all the time until you remove by yourself from “My List” section. Now, go to “Order” section any time to purchase your product from your saved list. Once you have added all the products you want, click on the Place Order icon in the lower right-hand corner and proceed to payment.

2. Can I buy any product directly without adding to "My List”?

All products are always and exclusively purchased from the product’s page and then shipped directly to your point. This product will automatically be added to “My List” section after  completing the purchasing process.

3. Can I view or track my orders?

To view your orders, you need to log in to the platform by clicking on the top right corner in your reserved area. Here you will find the “Track Orders” section where you can view your complete order history. We have implemented several statuses to make sure that the whole purchasing and shipping process is always fully transparent. Here is a description of the statuses: 1. Done: The order has been successfully processed. 2. Accepted: The order has been confirmed by our warehouse whom will pack the goods and ship them. 3. Cancelled: The order was rejected by us. This may occur for a number of reasons, for example if the product is out of stock or if the warehouse is temporarily unable to prepare the goods for shipment within a set time frame.
